COLLECT YOUR TICKETS & REGISTER
Registration opens at 6.30pm on Friday 4th November 2011 at the Great Northern Hotel.
Pre payment is highly recommended to avoid missing out! All event tickets will also be available at the event venues until sold out.
ONLINE SALES
If you purchase your ticket online via Pay Pal or Direct Debit, Please bring your ID with you to Registration at the event.
You will then be issued with your Arm band or Tickets. Note: NO paper tickets will be sent out. Your receipt is the only receipt used.

BYRON LATIN FIESTA – FESTIVAL POLICY
We regret to advise that NO Refunds will be given to pre purchased tickets. As is the policy with all major festival & concerts, we can not issue refunds.
However, if you have a problem with your pre bought pass you are able to Transfer to another name. TRANSFERS WILL ATTRACT $20 Transaction fee. For this, you need to email us the FULL NAMES of the transfer along with the original booking.
